1. The annual price of the Word plan, which includes hosting, creation of a mini-website (according to the template), domain and technical maintenance, without discount, is EUR 59.00 (EUR 4.99/month). When making the payment, the amount to be paid without discount is EUR 59.00 (4.99 EUR/month) This amount for the Word plan is paid in periodic installments, every 12 months and is automatically debited from the customer’s account. In order to terminate the Wordio plan, the CUSTOMER must contact the EXECUTIVE by e-mail info@wordio.lt and inform about the termination of the contract. The EXECUTIVE undertakes within 2 days terminate the service plan and stop periodic payments. The money paid for the services provided is not refundable.

2. The CUSTOMER is informed by e-mail. by mail two months prior to automatic renewal. In order to stop the automatic renewal and terminate the plan, the CUSTOMER must inform the EXECUTIVE at least one month before the automatic extension of the contract and payments. If the request is not submitted in time by e-mail, the debited money for the next 12-month plan extension is not refunded.

3. By making payment and purchasing the services of the EXECUTIVE, the CUSTOMER confirms that he is familiar with the services provided, their scope and has no claims.

4. After the CUSTOMER purchases the Word plan, a mini-website is created using the design template. Individual design development is possible after the CUSTOMER has purchased an individual design development plan.

5. The creation of the website begins when the CUSTOMER fills in the questionnaire provided by the EXECUTIVE. A website is created based on a pre-designed website design template. After creating the initial version of the website, three corrections of the website are made free of charge upon the CUSTOMER’s request. The fourth and all other website corrections are paid. The price of one correction is EUR 10.

6. The EXECUTIVE undertakes to ensure the smooth operation of the website on the Internet. The EXECUTIVE is not responsible for the quality of services provided by third parties and technical malfunctions. Third-party services include hosting services, design themes and WordPress plugins that are third-party service providers.

7. After the EXECUTIVE and the CUSTOMER confirm the fact of the completion of the website (i.e. after making the first payment for the services provided), further content management and development of the website are the CUSTOMER’s responsibility. The CUSTOMER can purchase from the EXECUTIVE the additional service of creating an additional page on an existing website for an additional 50 EUR. fee. Also for an additional 10 EUR. fee, at the request of the CUSTOMER, the CONTRACTOR can make design or other minor corrections to the already created website. Larger changes and the price for changes are negotiated individually.

After purchasing the Wordio plan, the CUSTOMER receives the following services:

• Hosting (2 GB capacity)
• Professional Mini Website (Design Template)
• Website configuration (WordPress installation, domain addition, SSL)
• Uploading content
• Newsletter form, Social network icons
• Maintenance (Backups and SSL)
• Free domain

The scope and quantity of the services listed above may vary, depending on the needs of the CUSTOMER’s website. After the CONTRACTOR and the CUSTOMER confirm the fact of the completion of the website (i.e. after making the first payment for the services provided), the CONTRACTOR is not obliged to provide all the services listed above, if the CUSTOMER did not demand it before confirming the fact of the completion of the website (i.e. after making the first payment for the services provided).

Plan Termination

In order to terminate the Wordio plan, the CUSTOMER must contact the EXECUTIVE by e-mail info@wordio.lt and inform about the termination of the contract. The EXECUTIVE undertakes within 2 days terminate the service plan and stop periodic payments. The money paid for the services provided is not refundable.

At the CUSTOMER’s request, the website can be “frozen” for an annual fee of EUR 36 (EUR 3/month). In this case, the website is stored on the EXECUTIVE’s server, but is not available online (an appendix is ​​attached to the contract). The CUSTOMER can at any time after “freezing” ask the EXECUTIVE to activate the website so that it is available on the Internet (a new appendix is ​​attached). After this activation, the CUSTOMER undertakes to pay the EXECUTIVE an annual fee of EUR 59 (EUR 4.99/month). When reactivating the plan, the CUSTOMER covers the difference that occurs when activating the website after “freezing”.

Agreement

By purchasing the Wordio plan, the CUSTOMER agrees to the above terms and conditions of purchase and sale and confirms that he has read these terms.

Both parties agree that the contract between the CUSTOMER and the EXECUTIVE comes into effect after the CUSTOMER makes payment for the annual plan. These terms of purchase and sale constitute a contract.

Mini site content

EXECUTIVE sells mini-website ideas, contact buttons and pop-ups, provides hosting and maintenance services. Images, photos, are not included in the mini website, products or services provided by Wordio and are used only as examples and secondary elements of the Wordio website. Image use is subject to the license terms of third-party source providers. The CUSTOMER who orders the Word website creation service agrees to use the image created by him in the background of the website or to ask the EXECUTIVE to provide an individual background image with a license. The CUSTOMER has login data for the mini-site and can change the background image himself. The CONTRACTOR may ask the CONTRACTOR to change the background image provided by the CONTRACTOR, but the CONTRACTOR is not responsible for unlicensed images and their use. CUSTOMER is liable for copyright infringement if using unlicensed images.

By making the payment, the CUSTOMER confirms that he has read and understands that he is paying for the mini-site design idea, hosting, technical support, buttons and pop-up integration, and not for the images.
